About the role
The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of all communal areas within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all equipment and appliances are in working order.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks such as fixing light bulbs and changing filters.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with urgent repairs as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Cleaning and maintenance skills.
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
