Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assessments
- Schedule repairs
- Maintain inventory
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Develop preventative maintenance procedures
- Light maintenance and minor construction duties
- Ensure operations and processing equipment is in good working condition
- Update the Maintenance database after tasks have been performed
- Perform daily building walks to complete checklists
- Handle chemicals and Hazardous Waste
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping and light snow removal
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with facilities type equipment (e.g. compressors, vacuum systems, water filters)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Familiar with the use of basic hand tools
- Able to accurately record data related to tasks performed
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office
