In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Facilities Technician Work Location: Bradenton, FL As Part Of This Role, You Will Perform first-echelon maintenance on specific organizational equipment, i.e., air conditioners, generators, etc. Perform scheduled maintenance as required on organizational equipment Perform organizational repairs on facilities, which include, but are not limited to, carpentry and replacing defective materials Complete any maintenance worksheets and report other maintenance actions as required Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent minimum. At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance and/or construction preferred. Valid State or government-issued ID Clean driving record Summary The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintenance on general organizational equipment not requiring a licensed or certified technician. Responsible for repairs and maintenance of facilities at the organizational level. Receives daily direction from the Maintenance Technician – Lead. MCR Health is a drug-free workplace.
