Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep buildings and grounds to ensure dependable and efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment.
• Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture removal/install and other general maintenance needs.
• Conduct inspections, repairs and services for facilities.
• Perform painting, cleaning, and complete work orders.
• Provide excellent customer service with follow‑up on requests.
• Perform grounds upkeep including shoveling and salting.
• Complete all tasks per safety policies.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude toward managers, associates, vendors, and guests.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Two to three years of related experience
• Travel: 25%
