A personable, results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting. A team contributor and leader with effective communication skills and excellent customer service abilities. This role requires multi-skilled craftsmanship, troubleshooting, and repairing restaurant facilities. The position also involves organizing work and meeting deadlines, and may require overtime and overnight travel.
Here's What You Will Be Doing
- Multi-skilled Craftsmen who can work both independently and with others.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant facilities.
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors on ladders and rooftops in the winter and on call by pager.
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
Position Requirements
- 2 years of experience working in the trades, such as carpentry or plumbing, preferably in the restaurant business.
- Skilled in light plumbing, carpentry, HVAC (a plus), minor electrical, tile, flooring, drywall, and building exterior painting.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Skills Needed
- Knowledge of light plumbing.
- Experience with carpentry.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to work with minor electrical components.
- Proficiency in tile, flooring, and drywall installation.
- Experience with building exterior painting.
