Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
  • Monitoring the safety of interior and exterior areas.
  • Making daily routine inspections and scheduling outside vendor repairs as needed.
  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, including completing maintenance orders.
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies such as paper goods, pool chemicals, and bath essentials.
  • Maintaining chemical balances in the pool and spa as well as assisting with draining and cleaning as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Thru CAC funded programs, the Facility Technician will achieve a CPR certification and also be a certified State of Illinois Pool Operator.

Benefits

  • This is an hourly full time position and is based on a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • On occasion, some projects or tasks may need to be performed after club hours.
