Facilities Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in patching and painting of office and lab interior walls.
• Maintain and monitor all facilities equipment and amenities.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on onsite plumbing.
• Oversee and manage the site's pest control program.
• Change HVAC filters as required.
• Coordinate and manage facilities' vendors.
• Set up offices and conference rooms as needed.
• Inspect and maintain outside property.
• Support all company events.
• Manage janitorial services, including daily trash removal, restocking, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning exterior entryway, etc.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Two years of building facilities experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of the internet for business use

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC equipment
• Carpentry skills
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment
