Facilities Technician 4

What's the Job?

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including rooftop units and small critical AC units.

Assist with general facility maintenance tasks such as changing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, moving furniture, and hanging pictures.

Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and effectively.

Manage work orders using CMMS systems, document activities, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Ensure safety protocols are followed, including proper PPE usage and safe work practices.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Valid CFC license and a valid driver’s license
• Strong mechanical background with experience working on air-cooled rooftop units and other HVAC equipment
• Proficiency in working with CMMS, email communication, and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
