What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of door and access control systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Perform mechanical inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on doors, gates, and related hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain electronic access control components such as mag locks, proximity sensors, and key access systems.
- Support general maintenance activities including minor plumbing, painting, and furniture repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and regulatory standards across the facility.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems, especially doors and access hardware.
- Knowledge of brands such as Stanley, Dormakaba, Tormax, Chase, ASI, Schlage, or similar.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot door and gate systems effectively.
- Strong computer skills including Gmail, Google Docs, Word, and Excel.
