About the role
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for leading a team in maintaining a safe, well-functioning store environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems
- Troubleshoot issues
- Operate building controls
- Conduct equipment rounds
- Assist with parts ordering and vendor coordination
- Document maintenance activities
- Mentor and train technicians
- Support emergency responses
- Ensure safety compliance
- Communicate with store leadership and external vendors
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–7 years of hands-on facilities experience, with expertise in mechanical maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Physical capability for manual tasks
