Facilities Technician 2 - Electrical & HVAC

Role: Maintenance Technician II, responsible for leading a team in maintaining a safe, well-functioning store environment. Key Duties: Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems; troubleshoot issues; operate building controls; conduct equipment rounds; assist with parts ordering and vendor coordination; document maintenance activities; mentor and train technicians; support emergency responses; ensure safety compliance; communicate with store leadership and external vendors. Qualifications & Skills: 5-7 years of hands-on facilities experience, with expertise in mechanical maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing; strong troubleshooting and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS; ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities; physical capability for manual tasks. Focus: Ensuring optimal building operation, safety, and team development to support store readiness and efficiency.
