Here's a Summary Of Responsibilities The Facilities Systems Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure accurate work order, asset, and maintenance data. This role supports technicians and system users, maintains preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and generates reports to support operational, deferred, and capital planning decisions. The position also manages asset lifecycle data, deferred maintenance data and planning, and utility reporting, while providing ongoing data entry and analytical support to Facilities Management leadership. Here’s How You’ll Have An Impact Work Order Management- 50% Maintain data accuracy in CMMS System (AkitaBox)Monitor and adjust just work order close-out dates to ensure accurate monthly reportingGenerate monthly work order reports and outstanding work order listsAssist technicians with work order documentation and close out to ensure data accuracyVerify that labor hours, costs, asset impacts, and work details are accurately recordedRegularly review and update the preventive maintenance (PM) programTrain new users on CMMS system functionality and best practices Asset Management- 40% Manage asset lifecycle updates, including decommissioning and onboarding assets during project closeoutCollect, validate, and enter equipment, vehicles and asset data into AkitaBoxAudit asset records in AkitaBox to ensure accuracy and completeness.Maintain accurate asset relationships within AkitaBoxEnsure deferred maintenance asset data and lifecycle information are current in MyFacilityPlan.Analyze and report on asset performance to help drive decision making for deferred maintenance program Data Entry- 10% Input and maintain utility data within EnergyStar Portfolio ManagerProvide data entry, reporting, and project support to the Manager, Facilities Business OperationsEnsure vehicle information for USOPC fleet vehicles is up to datePerform other duties as assigned. Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience3+ years’ experience with CMMS systems, facilities management, or data managementKnowledge of mechanical equipment and facilities systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data entryWorking knowledge of CMMS platforms, asset management, and preventive maintenance programsProficiency in work order management and data analysisStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Here Are The Tools, Equipment, & Conditions Standard office equipmentOffice environment in a multi-story building on a multi-building siteOccasional domestic travelRegular attendance at work is an essential job function Here's Where You'll Work Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center Here's Some More Information You Need To Know Hiring pay range $58,000 - $65,000 per year.This Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week.Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 10% target.
