Facilities Specialist

About the role

Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education. Our Facilities team is actively searching for a Facilities Specialist. This position will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on items, equipment and systems within their field of expertise. Primary duties shall be scheduled in such a way that allows the Specialist to assist in carrying out general maintenance objectives on a daily basis as well. Responsibilities

• Performs skilled, advanced journey-level duties in the inspection, installation, repair and servicing of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical systems and related equipment and facilities.
• Performs general building/facilities repairs & maintenance duties as needed on internal/external buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Helps to provide a safe and clean work environment by taking care of general maintenance needs.
