Facilities Support Technician

About the role

This role involves providing technical support and maintenance for facility equipment and systems. The technician will assist in resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to facility equipment.
• Maintain and upgrade facility equipment and systems as needed.
• Document and report on system performance and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of facility systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or similar field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using common IT tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
