The Opportunity
- Serve as primary point of contact with AFZ property management for all lease included services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance).
- Submit, track, and close facility service tickets with AFZ; ensure timely response and resolution.
- Oversee daily functioning of office soft services: janitorial, waste management, pest control, security coordination, landscaping and office supplies.
- Maintain inventory for supplies such as PPE, cleaning items, cafeteria items, and office materials.
- Support site safety programs (EHS), including inspections, ergonomic reviews, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting.
- Ensure all facility work complies with company policies and landlord regulations.
- Support Onboarding Facilities assigned tasks for new RFT employees and contractors.
- Aid in space planning activities, seating updates and reports, churn requests, and small internal moves.
- Support the Facilities Manager with purchase requests, vendor quotations, and contract renewals.
- Provide operational support for internal events, audits, VIP visits, and facility-related projects.
- Aid in sustainability initiatives such as recycling programs and energy efficiency practices.
What You Need
- A degree in Facilities Management, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in facilities operations, property management, or corporate workplace support.
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, cleaning, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, FMX, or similar).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in business parks such as AFZ, BES, Coyol, or similar.
- Knowledge of OSHA, EHS programs, or emergency response procedures.
- Experience supporting soft services and high-volume office environments.
- Familiarity with procurement or vendor management processes.
