About The Role

JoinCBRE as a Facilities Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently across two sites - one in Enfield and one in Shelton. This is an independent role, ideal for someone who thrives while working autonomously and managing multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting standards are clearly understood and consistently applied.
  • Cookordinate and oversee routine maintenance of building equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Partner with the Facilities Team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of short- and long-term projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with site objectives.
  • Track and analyze work order data, generating performance reports and identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, including supporting evaluations through market research and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Monitor facility-related expenses and process purchase orders as needed, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation (no budget ownership).
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues and identify effective solutions to maintain continuity of operations.
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and site performance.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to support operational goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED, along with 5+ years of relevant facilities experience.
  • Previous experience as a shift manager or in a supervisory role is required.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in using a CMMS to track and manage work orders.
  • Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your area of expertise, with foundational knowledge of related functions.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and sensitive information clearly and effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a highly inquisitive, analytical mindset.
