About The Role
JoinCBRE as a Facilities Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently across two sites - one in Enfield and one in Shelton. This is an independent role, ideal for someone who thrives while working autonomously and managing multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting standards are clearly understood and consistently applied.
- Cookordinate and oversee routine maintenance of building equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Partner with the Facilities Team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of short- and long-term projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with site objectives.
- Track and analyze work order data, generating performance reports and identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency.
- Assist with vendor coordination, including supporting evaluations through market research and cost-benefit analysis.
- Monitor facility-related expenses and process purchase orders as needed, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation (no budget ownership).
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and identify effective solutions to maintain continuity of operations.
- Recommend and help implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and site performance.
- Maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to support operational goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED, along with 5+ years of relevant facilities experience.
- Previous experience as a shift manager or in a supervisory role is required.
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in using a CMMS to track and manage work orders.
- Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your area of expertise, with foundational knowledge of related functions.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and sensitive information clearly and effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a highly inquisitive, analytical mindset.
