Responsibilities

• Show excellence in delivering repair and maintenance work.
• Handle challenges in a fast-paced environment to ensure the continuity of ongoing operations.
• Enter updates and complete work in the maintenance ticketing system and ensure requests are addressed promptly.
• Maintain grounds of facility or property performing tasks such as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, and pressure washing.
• Patrol grounds, common areas, and parking facilities.
• Identify and report maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns and address them appropriately.
• Support the implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols as directed to ensure the proper functioning of all building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs, communicate with the Facility Operations team to address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory of supplies and materials.
• Collaborate with facilities leadership to identify and proactively address any facility-related needs or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all Team Members, participants, and visitors.
• Provide support for special events or projects as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training in use of appropriate facility maintenance equipment and techniques, including use of light duty power tools, including, but not limited to drills, table saw, leaf blowers, and pressure washers.
• Experience in handling hazardous materials/situations.
• Valid California Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete a post-offer employment physical validating you can meet the physical requirements outlined within this job description.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $23.51 to $34.03 per hour
