Facilities Specialist

About the role

Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing community facilities, buildings, equipment, and common areas to ensure optimal operation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform maintenance on community infrastructure, including buildings and equipment
• Troubleshoot building systems and address issues promptly
• Complete work orders and routine preventive maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or projects
• Support community events to facilitate smooth operations
• Respond to emergency situations, including snow removal and other urgent repairs

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in building maintenance and systems troubleshooting
• Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance effectively
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with contractors and community members
• Adaptability to respond to emergencies and urgent situations
