Location: Connecticut Branch, 113 Plainfield Pike, Plainfield, CT 06374.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting, and alteration projects.
- Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC, and generator systems.
- Adjust, maintain, and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
- Inspect and test fire protection systems.
- Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
- Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC systems, or carpentry.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
