About the role
We are looking for a Facilities Specialist to work at our Winston Salem, NC facility. You will work independently, implementing requisite changes and new or modified plans. You will inspect projects, participate in cross-functional teams, perform pre-building assessments, and plan maintenance activities. You will be responsible for Facilities process improvements to enhance the Facilities team performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement requisite changes related to facility or equipment specifications and organization or government restrictions to ensure compliance with the norms.
- Inspect or review projects to evaluate compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure security and safety at multiple sites.
- Plan, organize, and schedule activities, which may include maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of organization facilities, to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
- Manage a wide variety of projects using standard project management tools and knowledge.
- Participate in root cause evaluations to determine cause and corrective actions of equipment failures.
- Follow all OSHA, EHS, and Corporate safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain records and logs of daily activities.
- Perform Contractor Coordinator duties such as ensuring contractors get onboarded, scheduled, and work assignments issued.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You Must Have:
- University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- CAD experience.
We Prefer:
- Experience programming and troubleshooting DCS/PLC’s.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial machinery maintenance.
- Experience working on or repairing industrial machinery.
- Experience in Aerospace or Aviation.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm.
