What You'll Do
- Perform day porter duties including stocking supplies, cleaning common areas, and responding to facility requests.
- Maintain inventory of office and facility consumable supplies.
- Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and workspace setup.
- Support minor facility improvement projects including painting and repairs.
- Coordinate and set up conference rooms, meetings, and audiovisual equipment.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and package deliveries.
- Track deliveries, maintain shipment records, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support parking administration, guest parking coordination, and related requests.
- Respond to work orders and facility maintenance requests within established service levels.
- Promote workplace safety standards and participate in emergency response activities.
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment and facility-related issues.
- Travel to various locations as needed to provide facility support and coverage.

Qualifications
- Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of facilities, maintenance, or general office support experience.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical facility-related tasks.
- Preferred:
- Experience with work order systems or preventative maintenance software.
- Experience setting up audiovisual equipment and troubleshooting office technology.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or mailroom operations.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Flexible schedule as needed to support facility operations
- On-call availability for facility emergencies and maintenance situations
- Occasional travel between company locations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
