As the Facilities Specialist at Cady Studios, LLC, you play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This dual role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including event coordination, office tidiness, construction project support, and managing facilities-related tickets.

Responsibilities

  • Treat the Innovation Center like it’s your home, keep an eye on everything so that it’s perfectly maintained, clean, and in order. The office must be “show ready” at all times.
  • Quickly address any issue or mess, pull in people to assist as needed.
  • Ensure all facilities are clean, tidy, and in working order.
  • Event coordination and setup.
  • Support in stocking of all supplies.
  • Coordinate maintenance contracts for all 20 locations.
  • Manage the facilities ticketing process by receiving tickets and coordinating with local contractors to provide quick and corrective solutions.
  • Ensure all conference rooms are always meeting-ready: chairs are lowered and straight, whiteboards are clean.
  • Maintain an organized workspace.
  • Visit local studios to assist with small service requests.
  • Regularly check in with department heads to seek feedback on any cleanliness or organizational needs for their area.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information, including conversations.
  • Nurture relationships with employees, existing and potential customers.
  • Assist with new studio openings.
  • Create contract management tracking for all service contracts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • This position’s hours are in-person, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. If Cady becomes a hybrid environment at some point, this position is not eligible for hybrid work.

Skills

  • Proficient in project management, budgeting, and using software tools for facilities and ticket management.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Travel as needed.
  • Extended periods of viewing computer screens.
  • Stationary for extended periods.
  • Walk/move inside or outside for more than 6 consecutive hours.
  • Able to communicate with customers and team members.
  • Lift, carry, bend, pull, and reach as needed to perform office tasks, restocking, and maintenance.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm (in-person).
