About the role

The Facilities Specialist 1 plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and cleanliness of the facility. This includes overseeing daily maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with external vendors for repairs and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are clean and operational.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and facility upgrades.
• Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and assist in crisis management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
• Experience with facility management software.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing.

Pay

Schedule
