What you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or as a handyman (preferred)

Play a pivotal role in:

  • Diligently maintaining the physical plant and grounds
  • Working with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them
  • Working to turn around apartments for showcasing and renting to prospective residents
  • Actively communicating scheduled maintenance
  • Assisting the department director with tasks as assigned
