Duties And Responsibilities

  • Supervising the Reception team, consisting of two Receptionists who cover the desk daily from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
  • Carry out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the Firm’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Aid with the oversight of daily facilities operations, office/equipment moves and renovations.
  • Oversee and maintain the physical upkeep and aesthetic appeal of shared office facilities.
  • Insure site operations are in accordance with building procedures and policies while being mindful of contract guidelines.
  • Provide information to building management staff and outside vendors to ensure high quality completion of work.
  • Oversee various projects, ensuring proper records are maintained, that schedules are adhered to and deadlines are met.
  • Perform backup to various department personnel as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Required Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training, preferable in a law firm environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Preferred: Minimum 2 years of facility operations experience.
  • Ability to type 45 wpm accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with data entry.

Pay

The target salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 if located in California. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
