What You'll Do

  • Support weekend facilities and manufacturing equipment maintenance across a busy aerospace production site.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility systems, and shop floor support equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
  • Support equipment such as CNC machines, mills, lathes, compressors, ovens, test stands, presses, autoclaves, and related manufacturing systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general facility equipment issues.
  • Follow lockout/tagout, safety, and maintenance procedures when performing service work.
  • Document maintenance activity, repairs, inspections, and completed PM tasks.
  • Partner with production, facilities, and maintenance leadership to support uptime, safety, quality, and weekend production goals.

What We're Looking For

  • A High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs in a production environment.
  • Ability to work independently on weekend shift with limited supervision.
  • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Valencia, CA.
  • Must meet ITAR facility requirements.
  • Must be able to complete a 7-year background check and 5-panel drug screen.

Preferred Experience

  • Aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing facility experience.
  • Experience maintaining or troubleshooting CNC machines, mills, lathes, ovens, autoclaves, compressors, test stands, presses, or similar industrial equipment.
  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout, NFPA 70E, OSHA safety practices, and safe troubleshooting procedures.
  • Experience using a CMMS or maintenance tracking system.
  • Ability to support emergency repairs, equipment recovery, and production uptime.
