Facilities Representative

About the role

Provides support to facilities management on a variety of tasks. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bid sheets for construction and facilities projects.
• Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
• Writing Scopes of Work
• Dealing with A&E Firms and Project Management

Requirements

• Bachelors Architectural or Engineering Degree
• Experience with Fitting Out Office Buildings
• Experience with Construction of Industrial Buildings
