About the role

Boeing’s Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization is seeking a Facilities Project Management Specialist at either Associate or Experienced level to join the team at Auburn, Everett, Renton, Seattle or Tukwila, Washington. The ideal candidate will lead planning, coordination, and oversight of construction, renovation, and closeout of facility and capital projects, managing budgets, schedules, contractor relationships, safety, and regulatory compliance while collaborating across teams to deliver excellence in aviation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of small to mid-sized facilities projects from pre-construction planning through execution to closeout
  • Develop project requirements, integrated plans, and detailed work breakdown structures to meet scope, budget, and schedule
  • Monitor and communicate project status, baselines, changes, risks/issues/opportunities, and resource needs
  • Conduct variance analysis, critical path scheduling, cash flow projections, and cost tracking; recommend changes as needed
  • Coordinate tasks and serve as liaison among internal and external stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Execute project and change management activities in accordance with industry standards
  • Complete project closeout and document lessons learned

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in large construction projects, facilities management, or large project management
  • 1+ years of experience developing and/or managing project schedules and budgets
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
  • Experience with problem solving, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional and/or project teams
  • Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, project management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or financial management (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with risk identification and mitigation plans (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive-level management (preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple simple and complex projects simultaneously (preferred)
  • Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation, and vendor management (preferred)
  • Experience developing strategic Long Range Business Plans (preferred)
  • Experience using Procore or other Project Management Information Systems (preferred)
  • Experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD package and reading/interpretating engineering drawings and specifications (preferred)

Pay

Summary Pay Range for Associate level: $81,600 – $110,400

Summary Pay Range for Experienced level: $101,150 – $136,850
