About the role

The Equipment Service & Maintenance team delivers value by:

• Planning and executing assigned maintenance processes, ensuring completion and respective documentation.
• Analyzing technical problems on site and completing maintenance procedures or repairs according to plan.
• Overseeing or executing ramp-up, setup, and starting procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
• Contributing to installation projects on site and supporting accountable Industrial Engineers.
• Supporting maintenance of technical documentation of processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical maintenance and support, identifies and resolves single failures, incidents, and malfunctions, and carries out setup procedures.
• Ensures functional readiness for a scope or range of systems, devices, or technologies (in IT, production, facilities technology).
• Delivers 1st-level application-related customer service for a defined small scope of applications.
• Clarifies issues with stakeholders and plans own work in preparing maintenance and repair assignments.
• Identifies reasons for failure and takes prescribed measures to fix them.
• Coordinates own work with or coordinates the work of employed service providers.
