Responsibilities
- Complete required safety training and conduct all work in accordance with safety policies, stopping work if unsafe conditions or behaviors are identified.
- Create and review JHA, PTP, SOW, SOO and miscellaneous procedures for work being performed.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including PPE, CoHE (lockout/tagout), and chemical safety.
- Actively participate in the environmental health safety (EHS) program by reporting all EHS-related concerns or problems immediately.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce impacts, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings.
- Review facilities designs/standards to ensure compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Cookordinate with construction and SCADA groups to ensure accurate program information.
- Use systematic project management methodology to develop, prioritize, and manage projects, assist in projects to ensure work is completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Provide consultation and technical support to Operations, Maintenance, SCADA, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments/sites.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for efficiencies, supporting a culture of Total Productive Management (TPM).
- Lead or support benchmark activities on operational, procedural, engineering, and facilities systems.
- Able to interpret blueprints and other construction documents.
- Able to communicate complex analysis succinctly and practically, with an understanding of data extraction, analysis, and reporting methodologies.
- Utilize skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel) to efficiently complete tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in an HVAC environment.
- 3+ years in a supervisory or coordinating role in a facilities environment.
Preferred Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a HVAC environment.
- Journeyman HVAC license.
- 3+ years in a supervisory or coordinating role in semiconductor manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls.
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
