Responsibilities

• Coordinates/processes the administrative workload for the Facilities Management department and their associated projects.
• Serves as a liaison between the department office and other departments through The MetroHealth System and/or outside vendors, contractors, inspectors, and other authorities having jurisdiction.
• Performs timekeeping and payroll duties for the department.
• Processes work orders, purchase orders, and repair orders through various computerized systems.
• Processes and maintains internal/external documents related to compliance requirements and the unique operation of the Facilities Management Department.
• Executes job responsibilities in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment with minimal supervision.
• Ensures that all actions and documents maintain the department’s professional image.
• Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
