Facilities Manager - TS/SCI

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage the customer’s physical space and seating strategy across multiple locations while providing IT asset management support to an Intelligence Community customer. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a physical space implementation plan that includes processes and tools to monitor vacancies, equipment (thick‑ and thin‑client computers), optimal seating arrangements, and special emergency requirements.
• Deliver the physical space implementation plan within the timeframe established by the Government after approval of the Physical Space Annex (Annex 3).
• Leverage appropriate tools and technologies to create and maintain a Tableau dashboard providing visibility into space requirements, current footprint, costs, risks, and challenges; update the dashboard at least weekly and use it for semi‑annual reviews and reporting.
• In coordination with the Government, develop and maintain space‑management policies, procedures, and standards for the customer.
• Manage and visualize physical space activities across all locations, including vacancies, equipment, seating arrangements, and emergency planning requirements.
• Collect, reconcile, and integrate authorized data sources from across locations to ensure an accurate, current representation of the customer’s physical footprint.
• Provide IT asset management support, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining visibility into equipment assigned to physical spaces.
• Conduct in‑depth reviews of the physical space program and make recommendations to support enterprise‑level governance, decision‑making, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in facilities management, space optimization, seating management, and IT asset management.
• U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Required Skills

• Experience developing or maintaining space‑management plans, operational dashboards, or related management tools.
• Proficiency in collecting, reconciling, and analyzing data from multiple locations or systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Desired Skills

• Experience working with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
• Experience using Tableau or similar data‑visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience developing facilities policies, procedures, standards, or governance processes.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed facilities or complex customer environments.

Pay

Salary Range: $103,500.00 – $181,100.00
