Facilities Manager/Senior Manager

About the role

Round1 is seeking a Facilities Manager or Senior Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our bowling lanes, arcade games, and rental equipment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, noisy environment, adept at handling mechanical and electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage repairs and work orders
• Develop and enforce preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines
• Manage inventory control of all parts and equipment
• Interact with guests to troubleshoot arcade and bowling issues

Qualifications

• A strong sense of customer service
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Two years of related experience in facilities maintenance (preferred in an arcade/bowling setting)
• Experience with inventory forecasting and auditing
• Open availability between 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM daily, including weekends and holidays
• Must be over 21 years old to serve and handle alcohol (when needed)
