Facilities Manager - MGM National Harbor
The Job
Oversee the daily operations of the Facilities/Engineering department under the direction of the Director of Facilities
Lead all building maintenance, engineering trades, and operational systems to ensure work is scheduled, assigned, and completed efficiently
Execute department strategy aligned with MGM’s strategic plan, fiscal budget, and profitability goals
Directly manage engineering staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance feedback, promotions, and engagement
Ensure delivery of exceptional guest service consistent with MGM brand standards
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and building codes
Monitor utility usage and costs while maintaining required utility logs and documentation
Oversee preventive maintenance programs, inspections, repairs, and equipment replacement
Manage inventory levels and purchasing for parts, tools, equipment, and machinery according to property standards
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a manager or related technical education
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Background in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Hotel Facilities Maintenance and/or General Contracting (Preferred)

The pay range for this role is: $77,900.00 - $103,900.00
