Facilities Management Project Intern (Real Estate & Facilities - AMS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Support: Assist the FM team in day-to-day office operations to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
- Ticketing System Analysis: Monitor and analyze ticket data from the Global Ticketing System; track response times etc. KPI, identify recurring facility issues, and provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvement.
- Payment & Invoice Processing: Support the end-to-end PO (Purchase Order) and invoice workflow; verify service delivery against budget, billing; resolve payment discrepancies with vendors, and assist in monthly budget tracking.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party service providers (IFM vendors) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and operational standards are maintained.
- Operational Reporting: Collect and analyze operational metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, utility consumption, facility spend) to support the FM team in strategic decision-making and regional reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and work order trends.
- Hightly organized with a strong sense of responsibility in handling financial documents and invoices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal employees and external vendors.
- Motivated to learn new tools and systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and a growth-oriented mindset.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
