About the role
The Facilities Management team at Tusculum University seeks a licensed individual in one or several specialty areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, master carpentry, masonry, or other maintenance and construction skilled work on university buildings and fixtures.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose issues, repair, overhaul, perform new installations, and refit within the specialty area.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- One to three years’ experience and/or training in the above specialties and responsibilities.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
