Facilities Management Associate
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Facilities Management Associate to support general building maintenance, equipment repairs, vendor coordination, and facility operations across Sonova’s Aurora locations.
Responsibilities
- Support general facility maintenance for both the AODC and 750 buildings, including building systems, infrastructure, and equipment needs
- Assist with equipment services, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance within the operations building
- Provide daily oversight of janitorial services and help supervise outside contractors during facility work, repairs, or installations
- Support EH&S and Environmental Management System activities, including OSHA-related compliance and required facility documentation
- Assist with waste handling, chemical waste support, spill management, office furniture moves, and related documentation
- Participate in on-call facilities support, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and after-hours maintenance needs as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial building, equipment maintenance, or facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and external contractors
- Experience with Microsoft Office required; CMMS or BAS experience preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Pay
This role's pay range is between $51,360 – $64,200. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
