Facilities/Maintenance Technician-Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting)
• Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests
• Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly
• Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and solution‑focused
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Skills

• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
