At Bottleworks Hotel, a 104-key boutique property in Indianapolis, we blend historic architectural features with modern amenities for the contemporary traveler. As the Facilities Technician I, you’ll ensure every guest leaves with a lasting impression by maintaining assigned properties, addressing safety hazards, and keeping spaces aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities

• Full focus on the aesthetics of a property or group of properties.
• Grounds and parking lot clean-up.
• Verify all lighting systems are operating properly.
• Attention to detail on cleanliness of entrances of tenant suites/spaces.
• Perform routine checks and sign-offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights.
• Snow and ice removal as necessary.
• Identify potential safety hazards on properties.
• Maintain landscapes and hardscapes within the property(s).
• Support other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of the shop/working areas.
• Driving is an essential function of this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge in building and grounds maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• U.S. work authorization (required).

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Degree from a two- or four-year college or university.
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent software.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
