HomeSmiles Charleston–Beaufort provides residential and commercial property maintenance services. This is on-the-job employment, not a youth apprenticeship or college-administered program.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on facilities and property maintenance work
- Work on residential and commercial properties
- Use professional tools and equipment
- Apply technical skills learned during technical college training
- Identify and solve maintenance issues on site
- Learn how jobs are planned, executed, and completed
- Work as part of a crew and see results every day
Requirements
- Technical college training preferred
