Facilities Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

Responsible for

• Coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks
• Performing complex building repairs
• Maintaining preventive maintenance programs
• Directing work and supervising vendors/technicians
• Conducting weekly and monthly building inspections
• Scheduling, directing, and ensuring satisfactory completion of work
• Scheduling and facilitating vendor testing
• Recording data from main electrical panels
• Inspecting various equipment and building areas
• Maintaining positive interactions with associates
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 4 - 6 Years Previous maintenance or operations experience
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
