Responsibilities

  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, lighting, compressed air systems, construction, plumbing, renovation, and preventive maintenance plans with documentation.
  • Maintenance Support Equipment: Maintain production support equipment such as di-water systems, pumps, vacuum systems, filtration, air pollution control equipment, wastewater treatment systems, etc.
  • Support Services: Assist Environmental, Health and Safety Department with safety improvements, hazardous materials/waste services, and overall support for environmental compliance.
  • Documentation: Document daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly emergency equipment operation and machine maintenance logs.
  • Inventory Management: Be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies and notify appropriate individuals to replenish stock when necessary.
  • Compliance: Follow Company policies and procedures for operational and safety compliance to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Adapt to the changing demands of the work environment, respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, and communicate facility or EHS issues in a tactful manner.
  • Continuous Learning: Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills and share expertise with the team.
  • Additional Tasks: Participate in non-hazardous and hazardous spill cleanup, assist the EHS department.

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED, 2-year Associate’s Degree or Trade school program completion, at least 2 years of Facilities Maintenance experience maintaining the building’s interior and exterior, experience with HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing equipment.
  • License: Valid driver's license.
  • Eligibility: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
