Responsibilities

  • Schedules vendors to perform facility related repairs and installations, to include plumbing, roofing, and air compressor maintenance.
  • Performs troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment at the highest level with little or no assistance from other sources.
  • Understands and repairs or replaces all equipment failures or defects in production equipment at every component level.
  • Works closely with manufacturing department to determine and set PM cycles for equipment of responsibility.
  • Sets spare components inventory levels and orders replacement parts through current procurement processes.
  • Makes recommendations to improve safety related issues.
  • Able to implement equipment corrective action improvement projects.
  • Trains others in troubleshooting techniques and assists them in repair of related manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • This role requires the ability to obtain a US Clearance which requires US Citizenship.
