Facilities Maintenance Technician

Role: Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds.Troubleshoot issues and complete work orders to ensure optimal facility operation.Support inspections and coordinate with vendors to maintain safety, compliance, and comfort for clients and staff. Qualifications & Skills Technical skills in building systems maintenance and repair.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.Strong coordination and communication skills for vendor interaction and inspections.
