Facilities & Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Facilities & Maintenance Technician supports the SJE Revere brand, which provides automation and control solutions for various industries. Key responsibilities include maintaining facilities and grounds, coordinating with contractors, and supporting production improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and grounds in a safe, professional, and effective manner.
• Coordinate quotes, ROI, and work with outside contractors as needed.
• Continuously improve maintenance programs, processes, and planning/tracking methods.
• Carry out preventive and unscheduled maintenance of equipment and buildings.

Requirements

• Experience with basic maintenance tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and manage projects.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management or maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
