Facilities Maintenance Technician capable of troubleshooting, repairing, and performing the required maintenance on all Facility Equipment, Grounds, and Structures.

Responsibilities
- Comply with all safety and health policies and procedures.
- Work with Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics, and Building Service Technicians.
- Perform basic mechanic jobs and clean parts.
- Demonstrate ability to learn plumbing and pipe fitting.
- Demonstrate ability to learn basic welding of plastics and metals.
- Demonstrate ability to learn basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Communicate in simple English to receive instructions, interact with supervisors, and understand repair manuals and work orders.
