About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the safety, reliability, and welcoming environment of healthcare and social service facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds
• Troubleshooting issues
• Completing work orders
• Supporting inspections
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure compliance, safety, and comfort for clients and staff
