Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of Company safety, health, and environmental programs for employees.
- Follow safe work practices and protect the environment in accordance with Company policy and regulations.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures, including EH&S, EEO, discipline/corrective action, and security.
- Complete maintenance work orders and tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Conduct daily facility inspections and enforce safety standards.
- Maintain appropriate inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and repair materials.
- Perform basic mechanical and structural repairs (e.g., walls, floors, ceilings, plumbing, and heating).
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and repairs.
- Climb ladders and use man lifts and possibly work in confined spaces.
- Communicate any issues effectively to the Manager.
- Operate equipment safely and maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
- Document preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and completed work orders accurately.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent trade school.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to operate material handling and tools required for tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and/or boom lifts (training provided if required).
- Basic computer skills for documenting work orders and maintenance activities.
- Valid driver's license preferred (if company vehicles are used).
Physical Requirements
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Standing and bending for long periods.
- Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Frequent walking throughout a manufacturing facility.
- Reach overhead, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in confined spaces as needed.
- Work in varying temperatures, noise levels, and manufacturing environments.
- Safe climbing ladders and operating elevated work platforms.
- Wear required PPE at all times.

- Compensation: Starting pay range between $22.00-$27.00 /hour, with potential for overtime.
