Essential Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on restaurant equipment and building systems.
- Complete preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility issues.
- Install equipment and assist with remodels.
- Respond to emergency service calls.
- Complete work orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, ladders, and equipment.
- Communicate repair status with management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Experience in general maintenance or construction trades. Ability to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Valid driver's license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, commercial kitchen equipment, welding/fabrication, HVAC, refrigeration, preventive maintenance, or CMMS software. EPA Certification or HVAC experience welcomed but not required.
