Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service and maintenance to assigned facilities
• Perform mechanical repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and understand repair-related issues and concerns
• Organize tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Requirements

• High mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs
• Good communication skills
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Adequate driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional need to work additional hours
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely
• Positive attitude towards customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum four years' related experience
• Professional electrician’s license and HVAC trade certification (optional)
• High school diploma or GED

Pay

Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, with actual base pay varying based on experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. In addition to base pay, the compensation package may include participation in performance-based incentive programs (e.g., discretionary or non-discretionary plans), as well as overtime eligibility depending on the role.
