Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of service and maintenance to assigned facilities
  • Perform mechanical repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Communicate effectively with supervisor and understand repair-related issues and concerns
  • Organize tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • High mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Adequate driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional need to work additional hours
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery safely
  • Positive attitude towards customer service

Qualifications

  • Minimum four years' related experience
  • Professional electrician’s license and HVAC trade certification (optional)
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Frequent sitting for extended periods

  • Sit or stand for long periods

Pay
