Facilities Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

About the role

The role involves performing various maintenance tasks to keep facilities operational and efficient. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and other public spaces.
• Respond to emergency situations and perform urgent repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with HVAC systems and plumbing.
